What does Evolve Academy offer your apprentices?

State of the Art Facilities and Environment – 36 hair/barbering stations, creative studio for demos, classroom and learner breakout area with refreshments provided.

Class sizes – Maximum 10

Classes available – Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (10am to 4pm)

Weekly Feedback - Trainer provides direct Feedback and Progress report for your apprentice to link on and off the job training

Monthly Learner Outcomes - We provide a monthly outcome report for your apprentice on their progress across all areas of their knowledge, skills and behaviours.

Guest Educators - Evolve links with local industry specialists providing additional enrichment workshops to all students which have included – Melissa Timperley Short Cutting Masterclass, Elevation H precision cutting , JT2 Hair – Type 4 specialist.  A minimum of 6 sessions per year for all learners.

Enrichment - Learners able to take part in session work (example – Salford Uni International BA Fashion Show)

Annual Academy Timetable - (Includes open and closing periods, tutorial reviews and staff training.
